EIM is an integrated global partnership with 15 offices worldwide. Working together, EIM is dedicated to providing change management to companies around the world. This international coverage provides clients the benefit of being able to address locally their worldwide business issues. EIM was founded in the 1980s by the Dutch consulting group Boer & Croon and the executive search firm Egon Zehnder International to pioneer the concept of interim management across the world.
