You must possess a good understanding of the total business development cycle including new business sales, contract negotiation and account management.
A background in selling HVAC equipment or related products is essential as is a sound knowledge of at least one of the following sales channels: specifier; construction/M&E companies; civil engineer or FM/managing agents.
